The CAS apparently supports the guy who is saying this in an Ontario Courtroom, as quoted from the Globe And Mail:
“Can we be more culturally arrogant than to dismiss an entire nation without even seeing it?” He compared the foster parents’ plans to adopt the girls to the “wholesale expropriation” of aboriginal lands.”
Yeah, that’s it. Children aren’t individuals. They are just a piece of property, like land.
