PLACES TO EAT IN LAVREOTIKI, ATTICA, GREECE
Just like in most parts of Greece, you are never far from a great dining-out experience where ever you are in Lavreotiki! Mind you, the area does not have the same population density as the City of Athens, so very late night eating that you might find in the "Big City" is more limited.
Traditional "Tavernas" abound where you'll be able to sip tsipouro, local wines (sometimes from the proprietor's own vineyard), raki, ouzo, Greek beers, and other spirits.
This whole section will grow over time and may become organized differently; for now we'll focus on the major communities within Lavreotiki and start with the spots we've actually been to. Some of them have been so good, we've been several times!
Eventually, whether you're headed to Lavrio, Keratea, Sounion, or some of the other smaller communities, you'll find somewhere you might be interested in, here.
There are some awesome places for fish and seafood in Lavreotiki and that are reasonably priced.
You'll of course find lots of traditional Greek food but also some places to grab a decent hamburger and fries (or "fried potates" as they are called here).
Which area are you visiting? Pick one from below and we'll help you do the research when visiting the Keratea and Lavrio areas.
